Kingston Township (Township of Kingston)
Kingston Township is one of twelve townships in Caldwell County, Missouri, and is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area with the USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 543.
Kingston Township covers an area of 35.21 sqmi and contains one incorporated settlement, Kingston (the county seat). It contains two cemeteries: Brown and Dustin.
The streams of Goose Creek, Jim Creek, Log Creek, Long Creek, Mill Creek and Tub Creek run through this township.

Indigenous peoples have inhabited the Americas for thousands of years. Sectional division surrounding slavery in the Southern United States led to the secession of the Confederate States of America, which fought the remaining states of the Union during the American Civil War (1861–1865). With the Union's victory and preservation, slavery was abolished nationally by the Thirteenth Amendment.
